Spelling
Each week your child will be working with a new word study. Your child will be working with a sound in a variety of ways and given spelling words that are related to that sound.
Tic Tac Toe
Spelling Homework
Each week your child will be given a Tic Tac Toe Board with a variety of activities he/she will complete to practice their word study. Please cross off each activity your child completes and return the board signed on Friday. HAVE FUN.
Snack Reminder:
*ALLEGRY ALERT* Please remember to view the letter sent home by our school nurse.
We have a morning snack each day.
Please remember to pack a substantial snack for your child. (Lunch is at 12:30)
A list of the sight words your child should know by the end of 1st grade will be sent home.

Tuesday: Gym (please wear sneakers)
Wednesday: Art (don't forget a smock to be kept in your locker)
Thursday: Computers
Friday: Music
(A big t-shirt makes a great smock)
