        Homework

ALWAYS check the homework notebook each night.  All students are responsible for writing their assignments in their homework notebook.  Each afternoon I check every student’s notebook and materials before packing up.  Parents must sign the homework notebook each night after the assignments are completed.  I check the homework notebook each morning for signatures and any notes.

• Typically there is math homework every night.
• Spelling homework is always due on Thursday unless otherwise noted.
• Spelling tests are on Fridays unless otherwise noted.
• Read for 15 minutes every night.
• Study addition and subtraction math facts every night.
