Watertown Wall of Honor Nomination Forms must be received in the district office no later than April 15th.  Nomination forms should be sent to Watertown Public Schools, Office of the Superintendent, 10 DeForest Street, Watertown, CT  06795.

Junior Prom tickets will be on sale starting right after vacation during lunch. Tickets are $50 PER PERSON. You will need to present the signed prom permission form when you buy tickets. If your date is from another school their administrator must sign the form as well. You will not be allowed to purchase tickets without the signed form.

Sports Physical Form. (new Mar. 2012).  Free Sports Physicals for all athletes planning on participating in sports for the 2012-2013 school year will be held at Watertown High School on Saturday, June 9th. Students must pick up forms in the health office and return completed parental forms and health questionnaires to the nurse in order to be eligible.  The deadline for permission slips to be returned is May 14th.  No Walk-ins will be admitted.
