A reminder to all student-athletes that you must be academically eligble, have a current physical on file with the school nurse, and complete the pay-to-participate paperwork (available at the link below) in order to play a winter sport at Watertown High School.

A reminder to all of our students who are attending athletic events to support our teams. We appreciate your enthusiasm but please be respectful of the opponents, their fans, and the officials and act responsibly.
Athletic Mission Statement.
Watertown's Athletic program is based upon educational principles. Every activity sponsored and supported by the school is considered a phase of the educational process. Academically, students are encouraged, challenged, and expected to achieve their highest potential. These expectations are also part of the athletic program.
Athletic Expectations for student athletes:
1. To develop mental alertness by thinking rapidly and logically.
2. To develop moral qualities by accepting responsibililty and practicing consideration for others.
3. To develop emotional maturity and self discipline.
4. To develop attitudes of cooperation as well as healthy competition.
