AN IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ALL CLASSES!!!
Come prepared on the first day of class with a spiral bound sketchbook and a number 2HB or 2B drawing pencil. You will need these every day of class. Be sure the sketchbooks are of a heavier weight paper (80 lb is recommended), 8x10 or 9x12 in size. (They may be obtained inexpensively at places such as Ocean State Job Lot or Michaels - they often have coupons in the paper). Remember to check the weight of the drawing paper!
More advanced students (Art 3, 4, and AP) will want to look for more quality journal/sketchbooks for portfolio preparation.
