The Watertown Public Schools Food Service Department is a participant in the National School Lunch Program. Meals are prepared to meet the strict state and federal guidelines set by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the State Department of Education. Meals meet the Dietary Guidelines for Americans and 1/3 of the recommended dietary allowances for school-aged children. Our goal is to provide nutritious, delicious and affordable meals to our students and staff supporting the educational process. Studies have shown that well fed students have fewer absences and perform better academically.
