Free annual athletic physicals for athletes planning on participating in sports for Watertown Schools during the 2021-2022 school year are available. Physicals will be held at Watertown High School on Saturday, May 22, 2021. Students must pick up forms in their school's health office and return completed parental forms and health questionnaires to the school nurse in order to be eligible. The school nurse will assess the student's height, weight, pulse, and blood pressure prior to the physical on May 22nd.
The last day to bring in forms is May 14, 2021. Space is limited to 32 students. No walk-ins will be permitted.
