E-Bikes have become a popular gift for the holiday season, and with that rise, there has been a corresponding increase in E-Bike related incidents. The Connecticut Police Chiefs Association has created a Public Service Announcement to help parents select an E-Bike that maximizes child safety and to raise awareness of Connecticut laws designed to protect riders.
