Dear Watertown Faculty and Families,

As we move into the weekend, I would like to give a special thank you to the individuals in each of our buildings who dedicate themselves to keeping us safe each and every day. Watertown Public Schools is firmly rooted in building positive and trusting relationships and is committed to the academic and social well being of all of our children. It is overwhelming to see the Watertown community come together and care together this week. I wish you all a peaceful weekend.

Sincerely,

Dr. V

Health and Safety

  • As the CDC/DPH and the CT State Department of Education adjust their guidance, the Watertown Public Schools will continue to meet and determine how any adjustment impacts our schools’ learning model. If any shifts are made, they will be clearly communicated to all WPS families.

  • This is a reminder that Watertown Public Schools Quarantine duration is now 10 days based on CDC guidelines and Addendum 5 as released by the State of CT. Students are required to self-monitor for symptoms throughout the 10 day quarantine and if no symptoms have been reported during daily monitoring, they may return to school. If symptoms do arise during their 10 day quarantine, they must contact the school and remain in quarantine.

  • Vaccine Clinic 3: Saturday, March 20, 2021 from 8-4PM @ 61 Echo Lake Road
